And the rules of the game have changed. We were discussing today that even with a +HPT (yes, it was positive) and a positive first beta (yes, it was positive too), we don’t feel confident that this worked. We don’t feel like we have any news to tell people. We feel like we are waiting for the other shoe to drop. As long as we are still in limbo, I can share things with you all, and I will share in more detail over the next few days. But so far, so good. We are most definitely still in the game.
For those visiting from ICLW, welcome. Briefly, I’m a 36 years old physician married to my wonderful husband, A, and living with our crazy dog in the lovely Pacific Northwest. We were married in the summer of 2008 and started trying to conceive the summer of 2009. We were diagnosed with unexplained infertility, and after 4 failed IUIs we embarked on round one of IVF in the summer of 2011, which was the start of this blog. You can read all about IVF #1 here. And FET #1 here. And we are currently waiting to find out the outcome of FET #2, which you can read about here.
Thanks for stopping by!
